A four part series on the joys and disappointments of fruit. Number Four: Banana

Hey, banana
What you gonna do:
Complain to the word police
Nothing rhymes with you?Hey, banana
I’ve been trying for hours
Driving self round the bend
Thwarted fruit poet chaufferHey, banana
How about stop
All this curving about
Play it straight like a cucumber

Thank you for joining on my journey into the mostly wonderful world of fruit. In being part four, the adventure ends for now. Though plans are afoot for a second series given I recently had cause to put pen to paper on the subject of plums: watch this space (as people who want to impress the universe but don’t understand basic punctuation say).
