An ode to the power of positive posturing:

Walking down the street
Minding my own bees
When this big dolphin like thing
Swims up next to me
To be fair
Was beside the quay
Hello, mate; you’re looking great
It said, happy to the point of
Well
Beyond the call of duty
Then added just as cheery
Would you mind fetching me
I’d be most terribly obliged
A lovely cuppa tea
It smiled big and wide
Ingratiating
“Why’d you want chai?”
I questioned in reply
Suspecting something fishy
Things going awry
Because, my dear
Buddy
Chum
Friend
The sea dweller did amend
Merrily for purpose
It does one good to
Serve a positive porpoise
